“Guardians of the Sacred Tree”

During this retreat, we invite you to dive into a space of silence, creation, and connection with your inner nature. Through Qi Gong and Art Therapy, we will explore the universal symbol of the Tree of Life as a reflection of our own being: the roots that ground us, the trunk that supports us, and the branches reaching toward the light.

Over three days, you will create your own Tree of Life, a unique artwork born from the body, the breath, and mindful attention.
We will work with conscious artistic techniques and open the door to intuitive art, allowing color, shape, and movement to express the language of the soul.

Qi Gong, the art of conscious breath, will accompany us throughout the entire process.
With soft movements, fluid breathing, and full presence, we will cultivate the flow of Qi, the vital energy that connects us between Heaven and Earth.

From the fusion of Qi Gong and Art Therapy, a vital space will emerge for the free expression of your divine essence.
We invite you to re-member and celebrate your essential nature, to reconnect with the rhythm of life and with the wisdom that lives within you.
